Delivery & installation
Once the planning and manufacturing phase is complete, the final step follows: delivery and assembly of your custom-made furniture. We take care of every detail to ensure that this process is as straightforward and pleasant as possible for you.
Your furniture will be ready approximately 4–6 weeks after placing your order. We will agree on the exact delivery date with you in advance and on an individual basis. This ensures that delivery and assembly fit perfectly into your personal schedule.
We deliver your furniture safely and reliably directly to your home. We place particular emphasis on careful handling and on-time delivery.
Our experienced fitters take care of the entire installation on site. You can rest assured that:
Ready for immediate use
Once the furniture has been assembled, our fitters will ensure that the assembly area is left clean
and tidy. Your new furniture will be ready for immediate use.
The quality of our furniture is our top priority. We use almost exclusively high-quality materials from Germany for our production, which are carefully selected so that you can enjoy your furniture for a long time.
We offer a 5-year warranty on all our custom-made furniture. This warranty covers damage that has not been caused by improper use or external influences. If a part is defective, we will ensure that it is replaced within a maximum of 4 weeks. Damage caused by your own fault, such as severe mechanical impact or water damage, is not covered by the warranty.
And if a problem should ever arise, simply contact us by phone or in writing. We will assess the situation together and ensure that your furniture is quickly restored to perfect condition.
This means you can rest assured that your furniture will remain functional, reliable, and high-quality in the long term.
