Colour scheme
for the entrance and staircase of an old villa

The entrance area and staircase in an old villa were to be redesigned in terms of colour.

Parma Gray from Farrow&Ball was used in the small vestibule, providing the perfect setting for the owners’ Biedermeier cabinet and visually enlarging the room.

Elephants Breath, also from Farrow&Ball, was chosen for the staircase.
The grey harmonises with the warm wood tones of the staircase and the old floorboards, giving the room a timeless and elegant touch.
